What is AI Chi?

 

AI Chi is a simple yet effective water exercise and relaxation program performed using a combination of deep breathing and slow, broad movements of the arms, legs, and torso in flowing continual movements.

 

It as created by Jun Konno as a stepping stone to Watsu but very quickly became a stand alone form of exercise that is practice by many.

 

During this 8-hour training you will -

 

Learn the deeper concepts behind Ai Chi.

Experiment with a new focus to give more depth.
Gain experience with the intricacies of each movement pattern.
Apply teaching and leadership skills.
Compare modifications for varied special populations.
